Japanese
This rural restaurant occupies a house built in the late Taisho period. Creative dishes using local vegetables are served on ceramic plates made by modern potters. Seasonal stories are incorporated to create a fun experience. In spring, it’s hanami, and in summer Tanabata star festival; in autumn, it’s celebrating the harvest moon; and in winter, vegetables are made to look like snow-covered plants. The meal ends with confectionery and usucha.
