Enjoy kaiseki cuisine that weaves creativity into tradition. The tsukuri features white-fleshed fish caught locally garnished with salted kombu. There are many chargrilled items, and the grilled mochi injected with karasumi is offered year-round. At the end comes rice cooked in an earthenware pot; it’s served immediately upon being cooked, a little at a time. There are two counters inside, and one can be used as a private room.
