The main offering is an omakase set menu that starts with elaborate snacks. The creative dishes include hatsu gatsuo marinated in onion soy sauce in spring, steamed awabi in summer, and soy-marinated salmon roe and a small bowl of fugu shirako on vinegared rice in autumn. The rice used for seafood from Kyushu and other toppings that are given an extra touch is seasoned with matured akazu. Toppings prepared with kombu or vinegar are the specialities.
