Aburayama Sanso

This restaurant is run by the owner-chef, a specialised fugu chef, and his sister . Based on his experience, he carries tora fugu from Nagasaki. After being matured for several days, the thin-sliced tsukuri is full of flavour. The lightly coated karaage and the tetchiri are made with bigger pieces so that you can enjoy the superb fugu flavour. In the winter, shirako can be enjoyed as sashimi, grilled, tempura or in nabe.
