Sushi Tamon

Only an omakase is served. It features various dishes that showcase the owner-chef’s skills from his training in Japanese cuisine followed by sushi at the end. Most of the ingredients are local, such as anago from Tsushima and red uni from Karatsu. An extra touch is added to many of the toppings, including maturing and pickling. The firm-cooked vinegared rice becomes one with these toppings. As the pieces are smaller, they go well with sake. Another reason for the restaurant’s popularity is the owner-chef’s friendly personality.
