Tempura Minematsu

The light tempura is made with high-quality sesame oil, and the natural flavours of the ingredients shine through – the owner-chef goes all the way to Fukuoka and Nagasaki to buy them. Only an omakase is offered; standard items include tilefish deep-fried with its scales and uni isobe age. His experience at a Japanese restaurant is evident in dishes like grilled goma-dofu and lotus root mochi served in between tempura items. Choose between tendon and tencha to end.
