Japanese
Relax in the rustic atmosphere of this restaurant which is in a remodelled old house at the foot of Mt. Kagamiyama. The kaiseki cuisine features the flavours of Karatsu ingredients. The owner-chef wants to convey the goodness of the ingredients as they are, so doesn’t put too much on a single plate. A standard item is chargrilled fish grilled over bincho charcoal. At the end comes a salted rice ball made with rice cooked on a furnace.
