At the counter you’ll find the menu, handwritten by the owner-chef. He’s particular about ingredients from his beloved home prefecture of Nagasaki. He honed his skills at a restaurant that drew on the Kansai kappo tradition, so often uses tai, hamo and tilefish. Beef fillet seasoned with a soy sauce-based sauce is a standard dish. The speciality to end is anago on rice that resembles tenbara. Enjoy creative dishes not bound by any particular set of rules.
